高强度体外聚焦超声治疗腹腔和盆腔恶性肿瘤140例初步报告

摘　　要：目的　了解FEP BY0 1恶性肿瘤热治疗机治疗腹腔和盆腔恶性实体肿瘤的效果及安全性。方法　应用FEP BY0 1恶性肿瘤热治疗机治疗腹腔和盆腔各种进展期实体恶性肿瘤 140例 ,并将其分成空腔脏器恶性肿瘤和实质脏器恶性肿瘤两组。结果　空腔脏器恶性肿瘤 41例 ,恶性肿瘤完全消失率为 6 6 % (2 2 /4 1)、恶性肿瘤部分消失率为 34% (14/4 1) ;实质脏器恶性肿瘤 99例 ,显效率2 2 % (2 2 /99) ,有效率 75 % (74/99) ,无效率 3% (3/99)。全组治疗时无疼痛 ,无皮肤烧伤、穿孔、大出血等并发症。结论　高强度体外聚焦超声 (FEP)技术对治疗腹腔和盆腔进展期恶性肿瘤 ,是一项效果明显又十分安全的新型局部治疗技术。Objective[WT5”BZ] To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for the treatment of malignant tumor in abdomen and pelvis. [WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] With FEP-BY01 pyrotherapier, we treated 140 patients with advanced abdominal,and pelvic malignant tumors.Patients were divided into group of vacant viscera tumor and group of solid viscera tumor.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] Among 41 cases of vacant viscera tumor group,the curative rate (CR) was 66% (22/41)and palliative rate (PR) 34% (14/41);Among 99 cases of solid viscera tumor,excellent result was achieved in 22% (22/99),and good result in 75% (74/99) judged by postotherapy comprehensive clinical, pathological, and imaging predictors.No skin burn、intestinal perforation and internal hemorrahge occurred.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] As a new local treatment technique,HIUF was useful for the treatment of advanced abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors.
