奥曲肽与丹参多酚酸盐合用对急性胰腺炎大鼠氧自由基影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨奥曲肽与丹参多酚酸盐合用对急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠氧自由基的影响。[方法]SD大鼠75只,随机分为5组,每组15只。通过胰胆管逆行性注射牛磺胆酸钠制成AP大鼠模型。分别观察各实验组血清超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。[结果]①AP组与假手术组相比,血清SOD水平明显降低(P<0.05),血清MDA水平明显升高(P<0.05)。②奥曲肽治疗组、丹参多酚酸盐治疗组及奥曲肽、丹参多酚酸盐合用组与AP组相比,血清SOD水平明显升高(P<0.05),血清MDA水平明显降低(P<0.05)。③奥曲肽、丹参多酚酸盐合用组与奥曲肽、丹参多酚酸盐单用组相比,血清SOD水平明显升高(P<0.05),血清MDA水平明显降低(P<0.05)。[结论]奥曲肽、丹参多酚酸盐通过升高SOD(保护性因素)、降低MDA(损伤性因素),对AP有明显治疗作用,且奥曲肽、丹参多酚酸盐合用效果更显著。[ Objective ] To investigate the effects of Octreotide combined with Salvianolate on oxygen free radical in rats with acute pancreatitis（AP）.[ Methods ] Seventy-five SD rats were divided into 5groups,fifteen in each group.Rat models of AP were made by retrogressive injection of sodium taurocholate through pancreas biliferous ducts.Levels of serum superoxide dismutase（SOD） and malondialdegyde（MDA） in each experimental group were observed.[ Results ] ①Compared with the sham-operated group,the serum SOD levels of AP group were significantly lower（P0.05） and the MDA levels were elevated obviously（P0.05）.②Compared with the AP group,serum SOD levels increased significantly in Octreotide-treated group,Salvianolate-treated group and Octretide combining Salvianolate group（P0.05）,while MDA levels were decreased（P0.05）.③ Combination of Octreotide and Salvianolate group showed a higher serum SOD levels than Octretide-treated group or Salvianolate-treated group（P0.05） and a lower MDA levels（P0.05）.[ Conclusion ] Octreotide combining with Salvianolate has a therapeutic effect on AP by increasing protective factor SOD and decreasing injury factor MDA.Furthermore,the effect is more evident when Octreotide is combined with Salvianolate.
