摘　　要：银杏叶提取物具有润肺、平喘、止痛等作用,广泛用于肺虚咳嗽、冠心病、心绞痛等疾病。随着对银杏叶提取物研究的不断深入,其已成为延缓阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、癫痫等神经退行性疾病病程的重要手段,其机制主要是通过调节胆固醇酯化关键酶、bcl-2、caspase-3等途径保护神经细胞。Ginkgo biloba extract has the effects of moistening lung, relieving asthma and relieving pain, and is widely used in lung virtual cough , coronary heart disease , angina pectoris and other diseases. Along with the deep research of ginkgo biloba extract, it has become an important means of delaying the course of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and epilepsy. Its mechanism is mainly through the regulation of cholesterol esterification enzymes , bcl-2, caspase-3 and other pathways to protect the nerve cells.
