成人高等教育学生存在的问题与策略探析——与教师继续教育学员的对比分析

摘　　要：成人高等教育与教师继续教育都是高等继续教育的重要教学模式,为国家培养了大批卓越的人才。然而,成人高等教育的学生在与教师继续教育的学员进行对比之后,存在问题较为显著。本文在对比了两种学员之后,浅析了成人高等教育学生存在的主要问题,并且尝试性地提出了解决策略。Adult higher education and teachers＇ continuing education are both important teaching modes of higher continu- ing education, and they trained large numbers of outstanding talents for our country. However, comparing the students of adult higher education with the trainees of teachers＇ continuing education, I found significant problems. The paper analyzed the major problems of the students of adult higher education and put forward the corresponding solutions.
