摘　　要：从大学生思想政治教育工作的视角谈"思想道德修养与法律基础"课的实效性是该课程实效性研究的一种新的思路。文章对"思想道德修养与法律基础"课实效性进行了界定与评价,探讨了大学生思想政治教育工作与"思想道德修养与法律基础"课的关系,并对运用团体辅导技术这一思想政治工作的方法进行"思想道德修养与法律基础"课实效性研究进行了详细论述。Discussing the effectiveness of ＂Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Basic Law Education＂ from the perspec- tive of college student ideological and political education is a new thought of researching the effectiveness of this course. The paper makes a definition and evaluation on this course＇s effectiveness, discusses the relation between the two, and makes a specific elaboration on the effective research of this course with the group counseling technique.
