摘　　要：当前,稳定就业形势确保毕业生普遍就业的任务依然繁重,高校需结合工作经验和实际,立足高素质人才培养和经济建设,大胆探索和实践各具特色、适合本校发展的工作模式和途径,加大就业工作力度,强化目标责任,抓好政策贯彻落实,聚合力拓宽毕业生就业门路。Currently, it is still urgent to ensure the stable employment and the employment of graduates. Colleges should make a perfect combination between working experience and the reality, keep a foothold on talents cultivation and economic construction, explore and practice the working mode and pattern with their characteristics, which meet with their develop- ment. It is also crucial to crease work opportunities, enhance the goal responsibility and pay attention to the policy implemen- tation, so as to broaden the channel of graduates＇ employment.
