摘　　要：大学生网络社会责任培育存在众多问题,表现为如大学生网络社会责任观念淡漠、大学生网络社会责任培育内容不清晰等等。笔者从社会、人与人之间以及人与网络社会之间的问题三方面出发分析这些问题的归因,得出社会不良风气、人与人社会关系及网络弊端制约着大学生网络社会责任培育。There are many problems in college student＇s network social responsibility education, such as the indiffer- ence to the concept, the unsharpness of the content. The author analyzes the reasons from three aspects： society, con- nection between men, and connection between man and network, and draws to the conclusion that unhealthy practices, disadvantages of interpersonal communication and social networks restrict college students＇ network social responsi- bility education.
