摘　　要：近年来高职毕业生的初次就业率虽然较高,但就业质量不高。高职毕业生体面就业现状主要存在两个问题:就业形势严峻,就业服务不到位,毕业生的工作权利得不到充分保障;高职毕业生遭受比本科生更多的就业歧视,无法实现公平就业。In recent years, the rate of higher vocational graduates＇ first employment relatively high, but the quality is not. There are two main reasons for higher vocational graduates to fred decent jobs： the severe employment situation, the imper- fect of the employment service, the lack of guarantee in graduates＇ working rights. Moreover, higher vocational graduates suf- fer more employment discrimination than the undergraduate students, which makes the equal access to work difficult.
