摘　　要：帮困助学一直以来都是高校学生工作中的重要组成部分。随着近年来高校招生规模的扩大,贫困学生群体在高校中越来越突出,给帮困助学工作带来新的挑战。一部分贫困学生表现相当出色,但也有一部分学生由于家庭贫困造成了心理失衡,使他们成为心理上的弱势群体。因此高校帮困助学工作不应止步于从经济上予以资助,还应在心理上多给予关心和援助,并建立有效的心理危机应对机制。本文将结合高校帮困助学工作实践,对贫困学生的心理干预进行分析和研究。To relieve the pressure of the poor students has always been an important part of the student work in colleges and universities. With the expansion of college enrollment in recent years, the number of poor students in colleges and universi- tiesis growing, which brings new challenge to the poor student s relief work. Some of the poor student s perform very well, while some of them suffer psychological imbalance due to family poverty, throwing them into vulnerable groups psycho- logically. So the necessaries of student work should provide the students not only money, but also more care and assistance mentally, and establish the effective mechanism of psychological crisis. This paper will combine the necessaries of educa- tional work practice, analyze and research on the poor students＇ psychological intervention.
