基于产业集群的中小企业间接融资模式研究

摘　　要：针对中小企业是产业集群发展的重要力量及我国中小企业融资难问题却广泛存在的现状,以产业集群中小企业为研究对象,主要考察了多种融资模式中的间接融资问题。在探讨间接融资难成因和产业集群与中小企业间接融资关系的基础上,提出了四种适合产业集群中小企业间接融资的模式。SMEs are an important force in the development of industrial clusters, but it＇s difficult to get credit for them. In this paper, we discussed the indirect credit pattern in view of SME of industrial clusters. Based on the study of Indirect Credit difficult and relationship between industrial clusters and SME, we provided four indirect credit Patterns to match demands.
