摘 要:在摇瓶液体培养条件下,优化冬虫夏草发酵培养基,采用单因素试验法,研究了不同培养基成分对冬虫夏草细胞生长和胞外多糖生产的影响。实验结果表明,冬虫夏草液体培养的最优培养基为:葡萄糖30 g/L、蛋白胨15 g/L、KH2PO43.0 g/L、MgSO4.7H2O 1.5 g/L和土豆200 g/L。采用最优发酵培养基,在摇瓶培养条件下,获得的最大生物量和最大胞外多糖产量分别为24.99 g/L和2.80 g/L,比优化前分别提高了34.6%和48.1%。At the submerged cultivation conditions in the shake flask,to optimize the fermentation medium for Cordyceps sinensis,single factor design was employed for investigating the effects of medium composition on cell growth and yield of extracellular polysaccharide of Cordyceps sinensis.The result indicated that the optimum fermentation medium for Cordyceps sinensis were as follows: glucose 30 g/L,peptone 15 g/L,KH2PO43.0 g/L,MgSO4.7H2O 1.5 g/L and potato 200 g/L.At the optimum fermentation medium,the maximum biomass and the maximum yield of extracellular polysaccharide were 24.99 g/L and 2.80 g/L at the submerged cultivation in the shake flask.Compared with the previous,using the optimized medium,the biomass and the yield of extracellular polysaccharide were increased by 34.6 % and 48.1 %.
