摘  要:研究黄瓜籽粉缓解体力疲劳及对血浆蛋白和钙、铁、锌的影响。将80只雄性昆明小鼠随机分成4组,每组20只,分别为对照组、黄瓜粉低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,连续喂养28 d后,于末次灌胃1 h后,每组取10只小鼠进行力竭游泳实验;另10只小鼠眼球取血,分离取血清,测血红蛋白、血清总蛋白(TP)和钙、铁、锌的含量。黄瓜籽粉低、中、高剂量组小鼠力竭游泳时间均高于对照组,其中中、高剂量组有显著差异(p<0.05);与对照组比较,食用黄瓜籽粉的小鼠血清总蛋白、血红蛋白、血清离子Fe均升高,并且有显著性差异(p<0.05,0.01)。血清离子Ca降低,且有显著性差异(p<0.01);血清离子Zn无显著性差异(p>0.05)。黄瓜籽粉有缓解体力疲劳作用,增加小鼠血清总蛋白、血红蛋白、血清Fe的含量,降低血清Ca含量,对血清离子Zn无影响。The aim to study the cucumber seed powder relieve physical fatigue and on the influence of plasma protein and calcium, iron, zinc. 80 male kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups, each group 20, of the control group respectively, Cucumber seed powder of low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group,28 d continuous feeding,the feeding time at the end of the 1 h after each group take 10 mice swimming exhaustion experiments ; The other eye take 10 mice blood, separation of serum,hemoglobin, serum total protein (TP) and the content of calcium,iron,zinc. The cucumber seed powder at low,medium and high dose group mice swimming time were higher than the control group,the medium and high dose group had significant difference (p 〈 0.05) ; Compared with control group,the consumption of cucumber seed powder in mice serum total protein,hemoglobin, serum Fe ion were higher, and there are significant differences (p 〈 0.05,0.01 ). Reduced serum Ca ions,and had significant difference (p 〈 0.01) ; Serum zinc ions there was no significant difference (p 〉 0.05). Cucumber seed powder has alleviate physical fatigue effect,increased the serum total protein and the content of hemoglobin, serum Fe decreased serum levels of Ca content, serum zinc ions have no impact.
