摘  要:研究可见/近红外漫反射光谱技术根据果皮色泽a*来快速预测磨盘柿成熟度的方法。在全光谱区域对比分析不同处理方法对果皮色泽a*定标模型的影响。结果表明,应用改进偏最小二乘回归算法、一阶导处理和无散射处理所建果皮色泽a*定标模型的预测性能较优,其定标交互验证相关系数(Rc)v和预测相关系数(Rp2)分别为0.989 6和0.985,定标交互验证均方根误差(RMSECV)和预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.550 3和0.585 9,RPD为11.38。研究表明,可见/近红外漫反射技术对磨盘柿果皮色泽a*的快速无损预测具有可行性。Using visible and near infrared diffuse reflectance (VIS/NIR) spectroscopy to predict the method of Mopan persimmon maturity rapidly according to peel color a^* was studied. In the whole spectral region, calibration results for the peel color a^* of fruit were compared with different treatments methods. The results showed that the modified partial least squares (MPLS) model, with respect to the first derivative D1 log (1/R) and None, provided better prediction performance for the peel color a^* of fruit,with the correlation coefficient of cross validation of calibration (Roy)and correlation coefficient of prediction (Rp^2), the root mean square error of cross validation of calibration (RMSECV) ,the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP),and ratio performance deviation (RPD) of 0.989 6,0.985,0.550 3,0.585 9 and 11.38 respectively. The preliminary research on the built models indicated that rapid nondestructive prediction of the peel color a^* of Mopan persimmon fruit using VIS/NIR spectroscopy technique was feasible.
