摘　　要：玉米黄色素是植物中广泛存在的一类天然色素,具有多种生物活性,在食品、医药、保健等领域应用广泛。综述了玉米黄色素提取工艺的研究进展,重点讨论了各种提取工艺目前的研究热点及存在问题,并展望了玉米黄色素提取工艺今后的发展趋势。Corn pigments are a class of natural pigments for various biological activity, which widely exist in plant, and were applied in food field, health care field, et al. The research progresses on extraction technology of corn pigments were reviewed,and the research hotspots and existing problem of extraction technologies were discussed emphatically. The the future development trend was prospected also.
