摘　　要：在汽车涂装领域,无磷前处理技术由于其节能环保的突出优势,替代传统磷化工艺的趋势日益明显。介绍了无磷前处理技术的3种主要产品类型、作用机理及其性能特点,同时展示了KR-S210硅烷改性技术在我国汽车涂装行业中的应用。最后提出了无磷前处理技术在应用过程中存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。In the field of autom the phosphate-free pretreatment obile p technol ainting, the traditional phosphating process is increasingly repl ogy due to its outstanding advantages protection. The phosphate-free pretreatment technology of its three main product of energy saving types, mechanis and enviro m characteristics were described, and in the meantime, the application of KR-S210 complex silane domestic auto the application industry were demo , and its developme aced by nmental and performance technology nstrated. Finally, the problems of the phosphate-flee pretreatment technology in nts were proposed.
