摘　　要：日益多变的市场需求、全球竞争和成本压力,迫使汽车企业亟待建立高效增值的物流供应链。文中从汽车物流供应链管理的内涵与范畴出发,提出了汽车企业零部件入厂物流的日常运作质量和物流供应链的过程管理能力提升的技术策略,强调了标准化工作在实现高效增值物流供应链的基础性地位与作用。Auto Company must build high efficient and valued-added supply chain based on the increasing changeful marketing requirement,globe competition and cost pressure.This article put forward a technical strategy on the upgrade of auto parts inbound logistics operation quality and supply chain process control,which is from the point of supply chain content and category.Standardization also is emphasized on the basal role and effect of achieving high efficient and valued-added supply chain.
