经半冠切口治疗颧骨及颧弓骨折—附9例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨半冠切口治疗颧骨及颧弓骨折的临床意义。方法 :通过 9例临床病例分析 ,指出优点、并发症及手术关键。结果 :经半冠切口治疗颧骨及颧弓骨折 ,能最大限度地暴露骨折线 ,可减少面神经等重要结构的损伤机会 ,手术疤痕隐蔽于发际内。术后复查 ,外形满意 ,无排斥反应 ,X线示骨折线对位对线良好。结论Objective: The clinical significance of semi-coronal incision in the treatment of zygoma and zygomatic arch fractures is studied in this article. Methods:Ninepathents had been operated through semi-coronal incision, the advan-tages and complications of the incision were analysed. Results: The semi-coronal incision has the advantages as follows: (1).It gives the widest exposure of the fracture line. (2).It can reduce the possibility of the injury of important tructure such as facial nerve. (3).The scars are concealed in the hair line. Condusion:The semi-coronal incision is a kind of good method in the treatment of zygome and zygomatic arch fractures.
