海奥口腔修复膜预防味觉出汗综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价海奥口腔修复膜用于腮腺浅叶切除后预防味觉性出汗综合征的疗效。方法选取腮腺良性肿瘤患者57例,根据患者意愿分为两组:实验组31例在术中植入海奥生物膜,对照组26例不植入任何材料。术后随访12～18个月,进行主观评价及碘—淀粉酶实验客观评价,判断两组味觉出汗综合征的发生率。结果实验组出现味觉性出汗综合征的主、客观阳性率分别为0/31(0%)、2/31(6.45%);而对照组出现味觉出汗综合征的主、客观阳性率分别为7/26(26.92%)、16/26(61.54%)。两组阳性率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论海奥口腔修复膜可以有效减少腮腺浅叶切除后味觉出汗综合征的发生。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of Haiao bie-memrane in prevention of Frey’S syndrome after superficial parotidectomy.Methods According to the wishes,57 patients who suffered from benign tumors in the parotid gland were divided into two groups.In the experimental group,31 patients used Ru Haiao bie-memrane transplantation after parotidectomy,while 26 patients kept blank in the control group,with no transplants was inserted.Postoperative follow-up of 12 ～ 18 months,subjective evaluation and Minor＇s starch-iodine Test was done to evaluate the incidence of Frey’S syndrome.Results The subjective and objective positive rate of Frey’S syndrome in experiment group were 0 /31（0%）,2 /31（6.45%）,while were 7 /26（26.92%）,16 /26（61.54%） in control group.The positive rate of the two groups were significantly different（P 0.05）.Conclusion In superficial parotidectomy using Haiao bie-memrane closed surgical wound,can effectively reduce the parotid gland resection gustatory sweating syndrome.
