化疗对乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同化疗方案对不同年龄组乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的影响。方法对2009年1月-2010年6月就诊的133例乳腺癌患者进行跟踪随访和回顾性分析,分析不同年龄组患者不同化疗方案与卵巢功能的关系。结果不同年龄组患者的月经变化及化疗致闭经(chemotherapy-induced amenorrhe CaIA)发生情况不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同化疗方案对患者卵巢功能的影响有差异(P<0.05)。结论不同化疗方案对不同年龄组乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的影响有差异。Objective To investigate the influences of different chemotherapy schedules on the ovarial function of breast cancer patients in different age groups. Methods To follow-up and reviewable investigate analysis on 133 cases of breast cancer patients from January 2009 to June 2010 in the hospital.The relateships between different chemotherapy schedule and ovarial function of various age groups was analyzed. Results Menstrual changes and chemotherapy-induced amenorrhea （CIA） rates were significant differences among various age groups（P〈0.05）.The influences of different chemotherapy schedules on the ovarial function were different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The influences of different chemotherapy schedules on the ovarial function among various age groups were different.
