摘　　要：机械摆杆式斜巷跑车防护装置(又名斜井跑车防护安全装置)是煤矿斜井提升运输的重要安全设备,安装在煤矿井下斜巷内,采用机械摆杆来获取斜巷矿车的运行速度,使挡车栏设备处于"常闭式"防护状态,如因断绳、脱钩等原因而发生跑车,机械摆杆式防跑车装置立即发出信号,使挡车栏可有效的进行柔性缓冲拦截。Mechanical pendulum protection device for car running away （also named inclined shaft protection device tor car running away） is an important safety device for coal mine inclined shaft lifting transportation. It is installed in the inclined roadway of the mine. It earl obtain the inclined roadway ear running speed through mechanical pendulum lever and keep the arrester normally-closed. Once the car runs away due to rope breaking or disconnection, this protection device will immediately send signals so that the arrester can do flexible buffering intercept.
