摘　　要：本文将目标管理理论应用于高校科研绩效管理过程,分析了高校科研绩效管理的内涵、管理体系构建原则,并在分析了高校科研绩效管理组织机构构成的基础上,提出了高校科研绩效管理体系构建方案,并分析了管理体系的实施与运行机制。This paper firstly applies Management by Objective to university research performance management process,trying to analyze the content of university research performance management and management system principles;and then it puts forward the proposals of the establishment of university research Performance Management System based on the analysis of university research performance management organization;and finally it analyses the implementation of the management system and its operation mechanism.
