摘　　要：食品和饮料行业,在改善人们生活的同时,也会引发许多环境问题,如废水和固体废弃物排放,废气会污染周围的环境问题。基于北京餐饮业的现状目前环境污染的研究,基于对造成环境污染的详细分析,提出有针对性的解决方案,食品和饮料在北京绿色产业的发展具有积极的意义。The food and beverage industry facilitates people＇s lives,at the same time it would also cause a lot of environmental problems,such as its wastewater,solid waste emissions and exhaust will pollute the surrounding environment.Based on the status quo of Beijing food and beverage industry and the study of current environmental pollution,based on the detailed analysis of environmental pollution,the paper proposed targeted solutions which have a positive meaning to the green development of food and beverage industry in Beijing.
