摘　　要：目的　探索 c- erb B- 2在乳癌中的表达及其与流式细胞仪 DNA的相关性。方法　运用免疫组织化学检测 70例乳癌 c- erb B- 2过度表达情况 ,同时行流式细胞仪 DNA检测。结果　 c- erb B- 2过度表达率为 30 %(2 1∶ 70 ) ,其中浸润性癌中 36 .4% (2 0∶ 5 5 ) ,非浸润性癌中 6 .7% (1∶ 15 )。 c- erb B- 2与 ER、PR呈强负相关 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,与 DNA倍体呈正相关 (P=0 .0 2 1) ,与 SPF呈正相关 (P=0 .0 139) ,与年龄、淋巴结状态、肿瘤分期无明显相关性 ,与 PF间无明显相关 (P=0 .0 6 17)。结论　 c- erb B- 2、DNA相关性研究阐释了乳癌的生物学特性 ,为术后辅助治疗提供了重要线索。Objective To study the proto-oncogene c-erbB-2 overexpression in primary breast carcinoma and the relationship between c-erbB-2 expression and other prognostic factors.Methods The immunohistochemistry (IHC) for c-erbB-2 oncoprotein was performed on formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded sections of 70 primary breast carcinomas resected in mastectomy.Flow cytometry (FCM) DNA analysis was performed on fresh tumors of 30 patients and paraffin-embedded primary tumors of 40 patients.Results There were 55 infiltrating tumors and 15 noninfiltrating ones,of the seventy 21 had c-erbB-2 overexpression (30%),and of the twenty-one 20 were infiltrating (20∶55;36.4%) and 1 was noninfiltrating (1∶15;6.7%).Thereexisted apositivecorrelationbetweenc-erbB-2andDNAploidy (P=0.021) as well as SPF (P=0.013 9),but a significant negative correlation between c-erbB-2 and both estrogen and progesterone receptors (P<0.000 1).No relationship between c-erbB-2 and age,axillary lymph node status as well as tumor staging; there was a borderline relationship between c-erbB-2 and SPF.Conclusion The study on relationship between c-erbB-2 and DNA ploidy may interpret biological characteristics of breast carcinoma and provide an important clue for clinical practice in primary breast carcinoma.
