黄芪对慢性肾功不全患者的TNF_α红细胞免疫效应及改善肾功能的观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪对慢性肾功能不全患者提高红细胞免疫功能及改善肾功能的情况方法将68 例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组均给予抗凝降压和对症治疗实验组在此基础上给予黄芪观察指标红细胞C 3 b 受体花环率RCR 红细胞免疫复合物花环率RICR 采用酵母菌玫瑰花环试验法循环免疫复合物C IC 采用P EG 紫外线分光比色法肿瘤坏死因子T NFobjective:To observe the situationof increasing RBC immunologic function and i m p r o v i n g r e n a l f u n c t i o n b y a s t r a g a l u s r o o t i n p a t i e n t s w i t h c h r o n i c r e n al insufficiency.Methods:Sixty-Enght patients with chronic renal insufficiency were divided i n t o t w o g r o u p s a t r a n d o m b o t h ,w e r e g i v e n a n t i c o g u l a n t t h e r a `h y p o t e n s o r a n d e x p e c t a nt treatment,besides experimental group was given astragalus root.RFT was used to study RCR and RICR,PEG-US was used to study CIC,ELAM was used to study TNF .Results:Several targets have not differnet before treatment,several targets of experimental groups were obviously different with contrastive groups after treatment.Conclusion:Astragalus root can obvi- o u s l y i n c r e a s e i m m u n o l o g i c f u n c t i o n o f R B C a n d i m p r o v e r e n a l f u n c t i o n.
