脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、Hcy、Cys-C水平变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的评价脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平变化及临床意义。方法对78例脑梗死患者(轻型脑梗死组20例、中型脑梗死组37例、重型脑梗死组21例)血清hs-CRP、Hcy、Cys-C水平进行测定,并与正常对照组的40例健康受试者进行比较分析。结果脑梗死组血清hs-CRP、Hcy、Cys-C水平均显著高于正常对照组,轻、中型脑梗死组血清hs-CRP、Hcy、Cys-C水平均显著低于重型脑梗死组,轻型脑梗死组血清hs-CRP、Hcy、Cys-C水平均明显低于中型脑梗死组(P<0.05);且脑梗死组血清hs-CRP、Hcy、Cys-C两两之间均呈正性显著相关(P<0.05)。结论检测脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、Hcy、Cys-C水平对患者病情评估及治疗措施的选择具有重要的临床意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of serum levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and Cys-C in patients with cerebral infarction（CI）.Methods Serum levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and Cys-C were detected in 78 cases of patients with cerebral infarction（CI）（20 cases in light CI group,37 cases in moderate CI group,and 21 cases in severe CI group）,and their results were compared with those of 40 healthy persons in control group.Results Serum levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and Cys-C in patients of CI group were significantly higher than those in control group（P 0.05）.Serum levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and Cys-C in patients of light CI group and moderate CI group were significantly lower than those of patients in severe CI group（P 0.05）.Serum levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and Cys-C in patients of light CI group were significantly lower than those in patients of moderate CI group（P 0.05）.Serum levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and Cys-C were closely correlated with each other in patients of CI group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The detection of serum levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and Cys-C plays an important role in evaluation and treatment of the disease in patients with CI.
