SFRP4和β-catenin在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察分泌型卷曲相关蛋白(SFRP4)及β-连环素(β-catenin)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达,并分析其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测62例宫颈鳞癌组织(SCC组)及23例正常宫颈组织(NC组)中SFRP4和β-catenin的表达。结果①(1)SCC组SFRP4和β-catenin的阳性表达率(66.1%、71.0%)均高于NC组(30.4%、34.8%)(P均<0.05)。②SFRP4和β-catenin在宫颈鳞癌中的表达与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴转移及浸润深度有关(P均<0.05)。③SFRP4和β-catenin的表达呈正相关(r=0.29,P<0.05)。结论 SFRP4可能与β-catenin协同作用促进Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的活化,并且与宫颈鳞癌的恶性临床病理特征相关,提示SFRP4可能成为指导宫颈鳞癌的临床治疗和判断预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of SFRP4 and 13 - catenin in cervical squamous cell carcino- ma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SFRP4 and 13 - catenin in 62 samples of cervical squamous cell carcino- ma （ SCC group） and 23 samples of normal cervix （ NC group）. Results （~）The positive expression of SFRP4 and 13 - catenin were both signifi- cantly higher in SCC group than those in NC group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （~）The expression of SFRP4 and 13 - catenin in SCC group was closely associated with clinical staging, differentiation, lymphnode metastasis and depth of invasion （all P 〈 0.05 ）. （~）There was a positive correlation betweem SFRP4 and 13 - catenin （ r = O. 29, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effects of SFRP4 and β - catenin were synergistic on the activation of Wnt sig- nalling pathway, and it is closely associated with clinicopathological significance of SCC. So SFRP4 may help us clinical treatment and judging prognosis.
