摘  要:目的探讨同伴教育在基础护理学操作技能教学中的应用方法及效果。方法采用整群抽样的方法,从某高校2009级护理专业本科学生中随机抽取2个班为研究对象,试验组28名学生采用同伴教育教学法,对照组30名学生采用传统教学法。通过问卷调查和技能操作考试成绩对教学效果进行评价。结果试验组护理操作技能考核总成绩及仪表、实施、终末质量、人文关怀与沟通、相关知识问答部分成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组92.8%学生对此教学方式予以肯定。结论同伴教育可激发学生的学习兴趣,提高护理操作技能教学效果,更有利于学生自身综合素质培养。Objective To evaluate the effects of peer education in the teaching of fundamental nursing skills. Methods Two classes of grade 2009 in one college were randomly selected as research subjects by cluster sampling methods. Twenty- eight students in experimental group received peer education and thirty students in control group received traditional teaching. The teaching effects were evaluated by the questionnaire survey and results of skills examination. Results The experimental group is superior to the control group in the aspects of the total score,implementation of nursing skills,terminal quality, humanistic care and communication,and related knowledge quiz(P〈0.05). Total of 92.8% students in the experimental group affirmed the teaching methods of peer education. Conclusion Peer education can mobilize learning interest of students,and improve teaching effects of nursing skills. It is more beneficial to develop students' comprehensive quality.
