七氟醚吸入麻醉对胃癌手术病人围术期血浆细胞因子的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:探究七氟醚吸入麻醉对胃癌手术病人围术期血浆细胞因子的作用。方法:选取我院收治的64例胃癌择期手术患者随机分组麻醉,观察组32例采用七氟醚联合芬太尼进行吸入麻醉,对照组32例接受氯胺酮联合芬太尼进行吸入麻醉,对比两组围术期血浆细胞因子变化。结果:两组手术时间、失血量、术中SpO2、HR及CVP对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),麻醉效果均较好;观察组围术期血浆细胞因子均无明显改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组T1、T2时期血浆细胞因子指标明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七氟醚吸入麻醉对胃癌手术病人围术期应激反应有良好的控制作用,能够有效避免血浆细胞因子的改变,防止术后创伤性炎症反应和免疫功能受损,是一种安全、可靠的麻醉方式,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the effect of sevoflurane inhalation on plasma cytokines of patients with gastric carcinoma operation.Methods：Sixty-four gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by half.Patients in the observation group（n=32）were treated with sevoflurane combined with fentanyl for inhalation anesthesia,while patients in the control group（n= 32）received ketamine combined with fentanyl for inhalation anesthesia.Perioperative change of plasma cytokines during perioperative period was compared.Results：There was no significant difference in operation time,blood loss,intraoperative SpO2,HR,CVP or anesthetic effect between two groups（P0.05）;Patients in the observation group showed no significant change in perioperative plasma cytokines level（P0.05）,while patients in control group showed significantly elevated plasma cytokines at T1and T2（P0.05）.Conclusion：Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia has good controlling effect on perioperative stress response.It can effectively avoid changes in plasma cytokine,prevent from traumatic inflammatory response and damage in immune function.It is safe,reliable,and is worthy clinical promotion.
