摘　　要：The ultra-high speed network is the latest trend of the information era that is expected to last a long time.This trend not only requires network development but also promotes the advancement of the related intersection science and technology fields. Further, in a developing information society, it is mandatory for high-speed digital and information techniques to meet a considerable number of new challenges related to Electromagnetic Compatibility （EMC）.
