摘  要:目的:建立了同时检测饮水中18种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)分析方法。方法:样品经正己烷提取、脱水、浓缩,经过DB-5MS色谱柱程序升温分离,选择离子监测模式测定。结果:该方法检出限(0.05~0.5)μg/L,定量限(0.15~1.5)μg/L。测定18种PAEs加标回收率为83%~110%。线性范围:(0.02~4.0)mg/L,r≥0.996,相对标准偏差0.5%~8.4%。结论:该方法操作简单、稳定、可靠,适用于水中多种PAEs的检测和确证。Objective: To establish gas chromatography -mass spectrometry(GC/MS) method to detect 18 kinds of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in water simultaneously. Methods : The samples were extracted by hexane, dehydra- ted, concentrated, then separated on the DB -5MS column with temperature programming, finally determined under selected ion mode. Results : The detection limits of the method were 0.05 μg/L - 0.5 μg/L i the limits of quantity (LOQ) were 0.15 μg/L -1.5 μg/L; the recovery of 18 kinds of PAEs were 83% -110% ; the linear range were (0.02 - 4.0) mg/L, r ≥0. 996, the relative standard deviation was 0.5 % - 8.4%. Conclusion: As a simple, stable and reliable method, it can be applied to the detection and confirmation of phthalic acid esters in water.
