摘  要:目的:建立水中农药残留量的气相色谱-质谱联用的分析方法。方法:样品经有机溶剂提取、经氮吹浓缩后定容,采用气相色谱-质谱法定性定量。结果:30种常见农药组分检出限均小于0.02mg/L,相关系数均大于0.995。加标回收率为84.9%~110%,相对标准偏差小于10%。结论:本方法能够快速地检测饮用水中30种农药残留,干扰少,定性准确,结果可靠,具有实用性。Objective: To establish a method for determination of 30 pesticide residues in water using gas chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. Methods: The pesticides were extracted from the water samples with organic solvent and determined using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry qualitatively and quantitatively. Results: Detection limit of 30 common pesticides were less than 0.02 mg/L, The correlation coefficient were all over 0. 995, and the recoveries ranged from 84.9% to 110% , Relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all less than 10%. Conclusion: This method is rapid and less interferential with high accuracy, reliability and applicability.
