食管癌病理切片中NGAL蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管癌患者病理切片中N GAL蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:运用免疫组化技术对57例食管癌患者病理切片及对照组中的32例正常食管切片NGAL表达情况进行检测。结果:通过免疫组化染色NGAL在57例食管癌患者病理切片中皆可见阳性表达,在癌巢周围及癌巢中央的细胞易见明显的强阳性表达,对照组NGAL阳性表达细胞比例少,强度弱,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NGAL基因在人食管上皮细胞向食管癌细胞恶性转化的过程中显著过表达,提示NGAL基因可能是一种新的食管癌癌变相关基因。Objective： To discuss the expression of NGAL in esophageal carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance. Methods ： The NGAL expression of pathological section of 57 patients with esophageal cancer and tissue section of 32 normal controls were tested by immunohistochemical technique. Results： By immunohistochemical staining, positive expression of NGAL is observed in all pathological section of esophageal cancer patients. And strong expression of NGAL is easily detected in the center of cancer nests and tissue around it, which has statistical significance compared with that of the normal controls whose NGAL expression is low and weak （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The significant expression of the NGAL gene in the malignant transformation from normal esophageal endothelium to esophageal cancer cells may suggest that it＇s a new gene related to esophageal cancer.
