摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其在NSCLC的发生、浸润、转移中的作用。方法用免疫组化S-P法检测120例NSCLC组织和30例正常肺组织中MMP-9的表达水平。结果 NSCLC组织中的MMP-9表达水平高于正常肺组织(P<0.05)。MMP-9的表达与NSCLC的分化程度、病理类型、TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-9参与了NSCLC的发生过程,并与其浸润、转移有关。Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9 （MMP-9） in the non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and its relationship with carcinogenic process,invasion and metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect MMP-9 expressions in 120 cases of NSCLC tissues and 30 cases of normal lung tissues. Results The expression of MMP-9 in the NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal lung tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of MMP-9 in the NSCLC tissues was related with the differentiation,pathological type, TNM stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion MMP-9 is probably taking part in carcinogenic process,invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
