摘　　要：目的分析胃癌组织中E-cadherin蛋白表达与血清中可溶性E-cadherin表达的关系。方法应用免疫组化法观察E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达,应用ELISA方法检测可溶性E-cadherin在胃癌患者血清中的表达。结果 E-cadherin蛋白的表达与年龄、病理分级有关(P<0.05),而与性别、临床分期、原发肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05);血清可溶性E-cadherin表达与年龄、病理分级、性别、临床分期、原发肿瘤部位均无关(P>0.05)。血清可溶性E-cadherin水平与E-cadherin蛋白表达无明显关联(P>0.05)。结论胃癌组织中E-cadherin蛋白表达与血清中可溶性E-cadherin表达无密切关系,可独立作为诊断辅助参考指标。Objective To analyze the correlations between expression of E-cadherin in tissues and soluble E- cadherin in serum of patients with gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of E-cadherin protein in gastric cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, the levels of sE-cadherin in serum of patients with gastric cancer were tested by ELISA. Results E-cadherin positive expression rate was associated with age and pathologic grade （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but not with sex, clinical stage, primary tumor sites （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The serum soluble E-cadherin level was not related with age, pathological grade, gender, clinical stage, primary tumor site （P 〉 0.05 ）. The serum soluble E-cadherin level was not related with E-cadherin （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Expression of E-cadherin protein in gastric cancer tissue and serum soluble E-cadherin showed no significant correlation, can be independent as a diagnosis indicator.
