摘　　要：目的探讨骨巨细胞瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达水平及与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测31例骨巨细胞瘤和15例正常骨组织中VEGF、COX-2的表达水平,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系及两者的相关性。结果骨巨细胞瘤组织中VEGF、COX-2的表达阳性率高于正常骨组织(P<0.05)。骨巨细胞瘤组织中VEGF、COX-2的表达均与患者的临床分期、Jaffe分级、预后有关(P<0.05)。骨巨细胞瘤组织中VEGF、COX-2的表达呈正相关(rs=0.597,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、COX-2在骨巨细胞瘤组织中存在高表达,可能参与了骨巨细胞瘤的发生、发展、复发或转移。Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and cyclooxygenase-2 （ COX-2 ） in giant cell tumor of bone and their relationship with the clinicopathological parameters. Meth. otis Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expressions of VEGF and COX-2 in the 31 cases of giant cell tumor and 15 cases of normal bone tissues, their relationship with clinicopatbologieal parameters and their correlation were analyzed too. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and COX-2 in the giant cell tumor of bone were higher than those in the normal bone tissues （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the giant cell tumor of bone, the expressions of VEGF and COX-2 were associated with clinical stage, Jaffe grading, prognosis （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the giant cell tumor of bone, the expression of VEGF was positively related with the expression of COX-2 （ r = 0. 597, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and COX-2 are high in giant cell tumor of bone, and may be involved in the occurrence, development, recurrence or metastasis of giant cell tumor of bone.
