摘  要:采用三维有限元技术研究350 mm×350 mm大方坯连铸结晶器电磁搅拌过程电磁场、电磁力和流场的变化规律.在固定电流强度、搅拌器尺寸等参数情况下,研究搅拌频率对铸坯内部磁感应强度、电磁力及钢液流动速度的影响.研究表明:搅拌频率为2,6和8 Hz时,磁感应强度在6 Hz时出现最大磁感应强度,电磁力也出现峰值,钢液流动速度最大,说明350 mm方坯搅拌在2 Hz到8 Hz有一个最优值.从电磁力的分布看,搅拌器的下端出现向上的电磁力,有利于减小钢液的冲击深度.The 3D finite element method is used to simulate the fields of magnetic and flowing in 350 x 350mm bloom casting process, where the relation of frequencies with magnetic fields, Lorentz force and flowing patterns is investigated under the fixed condition of cur- rents and dimension of the stirrer. From the simulation of different frequencies, when frequencies is at 6Hz, the magnetic intension and Lorentz force have reached maximum values and a peak value of flowing rate 'also appears at this frequency. From all the results from 2 Hz to 8 Hz, there is an optimum value in this range of frequencies. Meanwhile, for the Lorentz force, a vertical force vector opposed to the casting direction is clearly displayed at the bottom of the stirrer, which could reduce the depth of hot liquid steel running from nozzle.
