摘　　要：科技人力资源是目前经济关注的一个重点,但是其研究的重点还需要理清。文章根据CSSCI提供的数据,依据科学计量学原理,利用社会网络知识图谱,可视化分析了国内科技人力资源研究情况,对该领域的研究热点进行了研究和探讨,为国内相关研究提供参考和借鉴。Human resources for science and technology＂ is heavily concerned by the current economy, but the key point of their studies need to the clarified. According to the data provided by CSSCI, based on scientific measurement principles and the social network mapping knowledge, we visually analyse the research situation of domestic human resources for science and technology. By researching on the hotspot of the field, we provide the reference for domestic research.
