多西他赛联合替吉奥治疗老年性晚期胃癌的疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的观察多西他赛联合替吉奥治疗老年性晚期胃癌的疗效及安全性。方法用多西他赛60 mg·m-2,第1 d;替吉奥60 mg·m-2,分2次餐后口服,第1～14 d。21 d为1个周期,至少进行2个周期。结果 35例患者中,完全缓解4例,部分缓解18例,无变化7例,疾病进展6例,总有效率为62.86%。中位肿瘤进展时间7个月,中位生存时间9个月。最常见不良反应为骨髓抑制、脱发、胃肠道反应、周围神经毒性;胃穿孔2例,无化疗相关性死亡。结论多西他赛联合替吉奥治疗老年性晚期胃癌具有较好疗效,毒副作用可以耐受。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination of docetaxel and tegafur gimeracil and oteracil porassium tablets（TGA） in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Thirty five elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with docetaxel 60 mg.m-2 the 1st day and TGA 60 mg.m-2 the from 1st day to 14 day（in two divided oral doses）.The chemotherapy repeated every 3 weeks.（1 cycle = 21days）,All 35 patients at least received 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Results Among 35 evaluable patients,4 cases showed complete remission,18 cases partial remission,7 cases stable and 6 cases disease progression,and the overall response rate was 62.86%.Median time to progression was 7 months and median overall survival time was 9 months.The main adverse reactions were myelosuppression,hair loss,nausea and vomiting,peripheral neurotoxicity.Gastric perforation in 2 cases.No chemotherapy related death.Conclusion The combination of docetaxel and TGA is well tolerated and effective in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer
