摘　　要：间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)具有免疫抑制、支持造血、促进微血管形成、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖等功能。在部分血液病中,MSCs存在质和量的异常。MSCs的应用使得良性血液病(再生障碍性贫血、免疫性血小板减少症等)、恶性血液病以及造血干细胞(HSC)移植的临床疗效得到进一步的提高,并正在不断推广应用,但部分疗效机制及安全性仍有待于深入探讨。Mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs） present various biological functions such as immune suppression, hematopoiesis supporting, angiogenesis promotion and tumor inhibition. Quantitative and qualitative abnormality of MSCs plays an important role in the pathogenesis of some hematologic diseases. With the application of MSCs, the therapeutic effects on non-malignant hematological diseases （aplastic anemia, immune thrombocytopenia）, hematologic malignancies and the hemopoietic stem cell transplantation have been improved significantly, while the mechanism and the safety are still needed to be explored.
