摘　　要：加强知识产权保护对进口贸易产生了市场扩张和市场垄断两种力量,其最终影响取决于这两种力量的对比。文章基于1997～2010年我国各省市高新技术产品进口数据分析知识产权保护对高新技术产品进口的影响发现,总体看我国知识产权保护市场扩张效应显著,有助于高新技术产品的进口,但受其他控制变量影响,知识产权市场扩张效应呈现出不同的门槛值。进一步研究可以发现,知识产权保护对进口贸易的影响存在地区差异,东部地区以市场扩张效应为主,中部地区市场扩张效应不明显,而西部地区则以市场垄断效应为主。基于这样的研究结论,为更好地促进当地经济发展,应培养适度的知识产权保护水平,转变进口观念,积极扩大高新技术产品的进口,培养国有及其他内资企业自主创新能力,加快健全人力资本形成与供给机制。Strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights has the effects of market expansion and market monopoly on import; and the net effect will depend on the balance of these effects. Based on the provincial data of China＇s high-tech products imports during 1997-2010,the effects of intellectual property rights protection on China＇s high-tech products imports are analyzed. The empirical results show that the effects of market expansion are more significant, and the imports of high-tech products will be improved by these effects. Influenced by other control variables, the market expansion effects of intellectual property protection present different threshold values. It is also found that the influence of intellectual property rights protection on the imports of high-tech products in China has spatial differences. There are obvious market expansion effects in the eastern region; the market expansion effects are not statistically significant in the central region; and there are market monopoly effects in the western region. To better promote the development of local economy, we should try to reach the appropriate level of intellectual property rights protection, change our thinking of import, increase the imports of high-tech products, cultivate the state-owned and other domestic enterprises＇ capacity for innovation and accelerate the improvement of formation and supply mechanism of human capital.
