索绪尔语言学思想在当代的理论价值研究--基于当代理论语言学研究转向的视角

摘　　要：对当前理论语言学研究转向的分析和对索绪尔语言学思想的解读表明,从索绪尔区分了语言和言语、内部和外部以及共时和历时,选择了语言内部的共时系统作为语言学研究对象,到当今语言的研究与言语的研究并重、内部研究与外部研究并重以及共时研究与历时研究并重,并不是背离了索绪尔的语言学思想,而是依然沿着索绪尔指引的方向前进。索绪尔之伟大在于,他的语言学思想为当时,乃至当今语言学的发展指明了方向,提供了方法论上的指导。Since F. de Sanssure made distinctions between language and speech, the internality and externality, and synchrony and di- achrony, linguistic study has focused on synchronic system of the internality of language. However, in contemporary linguistic studies, both language and speech, the internal and external aspects of language, and synchronic and diachronic aspects of lan- guage have been emphasized. An analysis of the current trends of linguistic study and a reading of Saussure＇ s thought on linguis- tics show that this kind of turn of linguistic study does not violate Saussure＇ s linguistic thought. On the contrary, the research paradigms in contemporary linguistics still follow the approach established by Saussure. The greatness of Saussure lies in the fact that not only has his linguistic thought clearly showed the course for the linguistic development of both his own time and ours, but also possesses methodological significance for contemporary linguistic studies.
