摘 要:本文以控制和抵抗为线索,总结并评论了西方劳动过程理论的发展过程。资本为了消除生产中的不确定性并稳定的获得剩余价值,需要加强对劳动过程的控制;工人为了提高自身收益,也会争夺劳动过程的主导权,从而与资本控制产生冲突。不同控制形式的转变正是资本应对工人抵抗而不断尝试掌握劳动过程决定权的结果,这一理论为理解中国劳动关系和劳资冲突现状提供了理论工具和分析路径。Through elaborating on the relationship between control and resistance within the labour process, the paper summarizes and comments the evolution of labour process theory. For the capital, to eliminate the uncertainty in production while procuring the surplus value, the capital would strengthen control over the labour process. Workers as the counterpart could strive for gaining the dominant power of the labour process for the improvement of their own interests. The conflict occurred between the labour and capital. The shift of different forms of control is the aftermath resulted in capital' s reaction to the workers' resistance. This theory is an analytical framework to explain the status qtto of the conflict between labour and capital in China.
