摘 要:目的了解贵阳市中学生体质状况,为制定改善中学生体质健康政策提供科学依据。方法分别对分层随机抽取的贵阳市某初、高中一、二年级244名学生进行最大摄氧量和50 m跑测试。结果高中组女生最大摄氧量、最大摄氧量相对值及50 m跑成绩均低于初中组(P值均<0.01);高中组男生50 m跑成绩优于初中组(P<0.01),最大摄氧量与初中组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),最大摄氧量相对值低于初中组(P<0.01)。结论贵阳市高中生有氧及无氧能力低于初中生,且女生下降更明显。应针对高中生采取全面、有效的措施,促进学生体质健康水平提高。Objective To understand physical fitness of Guiyang middle school students and to provide evidence for health promotion. Methods A sum of 244 students from grade one and two of junior and senior middle school took part in maximal oxygen uptake'test (VO2max) and 50 m shuttle run test. Results Compared with the girls in junior middle school, mean values of maximaloxygen uptake (VO2max), maximal oxygen uptake to body mass (VO2max) and 50 m shuttle run were significantly worse among girls in senior high school. Compared with boys in junior middle school students, mean values of maximal oxygen uptake to body mass were worse and 50 m shuttle run were significantly better in boys from senior middle school. Conclusion The aerobic ability and anaerobic capability decreases with grade and this phenomenon is more pronounced among girls. Comprehensive and effective measures should be taken to promote the improvement of students' physical fitness.
