摘　　要：研究前列腺特异抗原在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与ER、PR表达的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化法检测 10 2例乳腺癌的抗人体前列腺特异抗原 (PSA) ,雌激素受体 (ER)和孕激素受体 (PR)。结果 :2 6例PSA阳性(2 5 5 % ) ,PSA+ 和ER+ 、PR之间存在密切关系 (P <0 0 5 )。PSA+ 、ER+ 的乳腺癌液下淋巴结转移率明显低于PSA- 、ER- 的乳腺癌 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :PSA、ER、PR表达具有较强的一致性 ,乳腺癌的PSA与肿瘤大小、生物学特性、ER状态及淋巴结转移有明显的相关性 。Purpose:To investigate the expression of prostatic specific antigen(PSA), estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in human breast cancer and their correlation. Methods:Immunohistochemistry was performed in 102 paraffin embedded breast cancer cases to analyze PSA,ER and PR immunophenotype by using the standard LSAB technique.Results:26 cases of breast cancer expressed the PSA antigen, and a significant correlation of PSA expression with ER and PR was also found (P<0 05).Conclusions:PSA expression correlates significantly with tumor size,biological behavior, ER condition and lymph node metastasis In patients with breast cancer, the expression of PSA is associated with a better prognosis.
