摘　　要：针对香蕉秸秆处理困难、综合利用率低的现状,设计一款香蕉秸秆自动打包机。样机根据香蕉秸秆粗大、纤维长且有韧性等特性,使用初步切块的香蕉秸秆为原料进行打包。采用机械捆扎、出料装置和液压系统相结合的设计,在PLC控制系统的有序控制下,实现香蕉秸秆的自动打包。For the current situation,it is difficult to deal with bananas＇straws and low multiple use,a banana stem automatic baling press has been designed.Based on the characteristics of bananas,such as thicken straws and long and tough fiber,the prototype uses roughly mincing bananas＇straws as raw material to pack.Adopting the design of combining mechanical strapping,drawing mechanism and hydraulic system,it realizes the automatic baling of bananas＇straws under the management of PLC control system in an orderly manner.
