摘 要:目的:分析蒲桃茎的挥发性成分。方法:采用超临界CO2萃取技术萃取蒲桃茎,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对萃取物进行分析:色谱柱为TGWAXMS石英毛细管(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),程序升温,进样口温度为230℃,载气为高纯氦气(99.99%),载气流速为1ml/min,分流比为30∶1,离子源温度为200℃,接口温度为230℃,电离方式为电子轰击源,电子能量为70eV,质量扫描范围为35~659amu。结果:共分离出36个化学组分峰,鉴定了其中22个化合物,质量分数较高的成分有棕榈酸、亚油酸、正丁烯基苯酞等。结论:该方法能有效分离和鉴定蒲桃茎超临界CO2萃取物的挥发性成分,为其药效物质基础研究提供参考数据。OBJECTIVE: To analyze the volatile oil from the stem of Syzygium jambos. METHODS : Supercritical COz fluid ex- traction (SFE-CO:) was used to extract volatile oil from the stem of S. jambos. The volatile oil was separated and determined by GC-MS method. The detection condition was as follows:TG WAXMS quartz capillary (30 m×.25 mm×25 μ) column, by tem- perature programming, injector temperature of 230 ℃, high-purity helium (99.99%) as carrier gas, flow rate of 1 ml/min, split ra- tio of 30 : 1, ion source temperature of 200 ℃, interface temperature of 230 ℃, ionization mode: El, electron energy of 70 eV, mass scan range of 35-659 ainu. RESULTS : 36 subfractions were separated and 22 compounds were identified from the stem of S. jambos. The main constituents were hexadecanoic acid, linoleic acid and n-butylidenephthalide. CONCLUSIONS: The volatile oil of SFE-CO2 fluid extraction is separated and identified effectively from the stem of S. jambos by GC-MS method. The results have provided reference for the study of effective components of this plant.
