摘　　要：注塑成型机是一种重要的塑料加工设备,由于该类设备长期处于运转状态,能源消耗极大,降低注塑成型机的能耗已经成为今后技术发展方向。注塑机电能消耗的两个主要部分驱动回路和加热回路采用伺服电机驱动系统和双效加热技术,在塑料加工市场上得到越来越多的应用。The injection moulding machine is a major equipment used in plastic process. Because the machines always run for 24 h, the energy cmlsumption is high. The major two parts of the energy consumption in the injection moulding machine are the motor drive circuit and the heating circuit,the latest energy-saving technology for injection moulding machine is the servo motor drive and new double effect heating technology, it is used more popular in the plastics processing.
