外资企业内销战略对中国本土企业意味着什么

摘　　要：本文考察外资企业内销活动对本土企业生产率、R&D投入与企业利润这三个方面的影响,主要发现是:外资企业内销活动总体上对本土企业生产率造成的是正面效应,这种正面效应在一般产业中更为显著,但在高新产业中表现出负面效应;外资企业内销活动对本土企业R&D投入产生抑制效应,且这种抑制效应无论在一般产业还是高新产业中均显著存在,但在高新产业中更为突出;外资企业内销活动对本土企业利润具有抑制效应,但这种抑制效应只是在一般产业中显著存在。本文的经验证据均表明,在华外资企业内销战略对本土企业发展造成挑战,中国外资政策已经到了关键调整期。This paper focuses on the impact of domestic selling activities of foreign firms （DSAFF） on productivity, R＆D spending and profits of local firms of China. We find that~ DSAFF on the whole has a positive effect on local firms＇ productivity, which is more significant in the medium technological industries; in the high-technology industry, there shows a negative effect of DSAFF on the domestic firms＇ productivity; DSAFF has constrained the R＆D investment of domestic firms, and it＇s significant in medium and high technological industries; DSAFF has also inhibited the profits of local firms, which is only significant in the industry of median technology.
