摘　　要：1目的　探讨 CT对腮腺混合瘤的诊断价值。2方法　对 14例经手术病理证实的腮腺混合瘤病人进行腮腺区 CT平扫 ,其中 10例进行腮腺区 CT增强扫描 ,总结其 CT表现。3结果　腮腺混合瘤 CT表现为类圆形、椭圆形、哑铃形 ,边缘较清楚 ,密度接近或高于正常腮腺组织。 4结论　Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT on mixed parotid tumor.\ Methods\ The CT findings of 14 cases of mixed parotid tumor confirmed by operation and pathology were analysed.\ Results\ The CT appearances of mixed parotid tumor in the examination showed three kinds of shapes: circle, ellipse and dumbbell, and had distinct borders. The density approached that or was higher than that of the normal parotidean tissue.\ Conclusion\ CT is valuable in diagnosis and differential dignosis of mixed parotid tumor.
