摘　　要：目的:探讨不同类型急性白血病(AL)患儿化疗前后骨髓单个核细胞中尾侧型同源盒基因CDX2的表达及临床意义。方法:应用实时荧光半定量及酶联免疫吸附法测定90例AL以及13例对照组CDX2的表达。结果:急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿CDX2 mRNA表达水平高于急性髓细胞白血病(AML)患儿(P<0.05)。AML患儿的CDX2阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CDX2对于儿童AL的病情监测、化疗疗效判定有一定作用,有望成为ALL诊断及预后的指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CDX2 gene in bone marrow single nuclear cells before and after chemotherapy in children with different types of acute leukemia. Methods The expression of CDX2 in bone marrow single nuclear cells in 90 children with acute leukemia and 13 healthy volunteers were detected by RT-PCR and ELISA. Results The expression of CDX2 mRNA in ALL children was more than that in AML children （P 〈 0.05）, and the positive rate of CDX2 in AML children was higher than that in healthy volunteers （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of CDX2 may contribute to the monitor of the condition and therapeutic effect in AL children, and may be a marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of ALL.
